Good reasons to write
- Something looks wrong. Name the page, quote the line, and add the agency guidance or study that says otherwise. Our corrections page describes how we handle it.
- A page raised a question. If a checklist left a step unclear, tell us where you got stuck.
- A subject you want covered. Perhaps your school is weighing a change to its air filters, its health room or how it shares information with families. Say what you are trying to find out.
Where we cannot help
- We are a publication, not a school, a district or an agency, so we cannot act on a complaint about a particular school or child. Start with the school itself and, if needed, your local education authority.
- We give no individual health, counselling or legal advice.
- Please leave out names and details about your child. We do not need them to answer a general question.
